Healing Touch and Reiki are energy based therapies that promote wellness of the body mind and spirit. Using light and gentle touch or off body techniques the body is able to relax fully - in this relaxation healing can occur. These gentle and loving modalities assist the body to do what it does naturally - self heal.

Healing Touch for Animals (HTA) is a holistic approach influencing the health and well-being of animals through energy and intention. HTA techniques restore harmony and balance to the animals energy system while providing physical, emotional, mental and instinctual stability.
