Come join us for an amazing experience of relaxation and healing!
Elly will gently and lovingly lead the group through a voice guided Healing Touch and Reiki session while giving hand-on healing as you lay back and relax into the flow of well-being.
All are welcome to attend this session which is a beautiful combination of voice guided and silent meditation, hands-on healing and journaling (optional).

Reiki is Japanese meaning "Universal Life Force Energy". This energy is in the world around us and within all things. The use of Reiki as a system of healing is beleived yo be at least 2,500 year old. It is a form of hands-on-haling used to cleanse and heal while invigorating the body-mind and Spirit.
Reiki Level 1 Class includes:
History of Usui Reiki
Reiki Principles
Discussion of the Chakras and the Energy Field
Tapping into Inner Wisdom and Intuition Exercises
Meditations and Attunement
Hand Placements for Self Healing and Basics for Healing Practice
Ethics Discussion
Become a certified Reiki 1 Practitioner and begin to use Reiki as an instrument for healing yourself and others.
