Come join us for an amazing experience of relaxation and healing!
Elly will gently and lovingly lead the group through a voice guided Healing Touch and Reiki session while giving hand-on healing as you lay back and relax into the flow of well-being.
All are welcome to attend this session which is a beautiful combination of voice guided and silent meditation, hands-on healing and journaling (optional).

Reiki is Japanese meaning "Universal Life Force Energy". This energy is in the world around us and within all things. The use of Reiki as a system of healing is believed yo be at least 2,500 year old. It is a form of hands-on-haling used to cleanse and heal while invigorating the body-mind and Spirit.
